Auggie Eats is your go-to marketplace for discovering time-sensitive, localized meal deals and specials from participating restaurants. Here’s how it works:

  1. You visit our homepage and set your location (city / zip) so we can show deals near you.

  2. Browse by cuisine, deal type, restaurant, or date/time.

  3. Once you pick a deal, follow the instructions to redeem it (e.g., present a coupon code, show a digital voucher, visit within the specified window).

  4. Enjoy your meal at the discounted rate, and support local restaurants.

That depends on the individual restaurant’s offer. Some deals will specify “dine-in only,” others may allow “take-out” or “delivery.” Be sure to check the specific terms of each deal before redeeming.

No. Browsing deals and using Auggie Eats is 100% free. You don’t pay a subscription or membership fee. You only pay the price required by the restaurant when redeeming the offer.

Each deal page will clearly show the redemption method. Typical steps:

  • Tap “Claim” or “Get Deal” on our site.

  • You may receive a unique code, voucher, or a QR to present at the restaurant.

  • Visit the restaurant or place your order within the validity window (date/time) and follow the terms.

  • If the deal has a QR or code, show it to your server or input it during online ordering as instructed.

Typically, deals are “one-time use per customer” unless otherwise stated. Some restaurants may allow multiple uses, but always check the specific deal’s terms and conditions.

If a deal has expired, it will no longer appear as redeemable on our site. Some deals may also have seat or time-slot limits (“first 50 customers only,” “valid 3pm-6pm,” etc.). If it indicates “sold out” or “expired,” you might want to check back later for new deals from the same restaurant.

Generally, a specific deal will list whether it can be combined with other offers. Many restaurants restrict stacking: you may not use a Auggie Eats voucher plus another discount at the same time unless expressly permitted. Always read the “Terms” section of the offer.

While we partner with restaurants to ensure deals are honored, if you have an issue:

  • First, show the deal page or your voucher to the restaurant and ask to apply it (some staff may need to reference our platform).

  • If the restaurant still refuses and you believe the deal was properly redeemed, contact Auggie Eats customer support via our “Help” page with details (restaurant name, date/time, screenshot). We’ll review the case and work with the restaurant partner on resolution.

Frequently! We update the site daily, and many restaurant partners upload short-term promotions, happy hour specials, limited-time menus, and pop-up deals. We recommend checking regularly or signing up for our email alerts or push notifications so you don’t miss rock-star discounts.

We are constantly expanding. Currently, we cover major metro areas and many regional hubs (including Florida, North Carolina, etc.). If you don’t see deals in your city yet, drop us a note — we’re actively onboarding restaurants in new locations.

We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to deliver deals (email address, location preferences if you choose). We do not sell your data to third parties. Our full Privacy Policy is available at the bottom of the site.

It’s easy: simply click “For Restaurants” on the top of our website, then click “Restaurant Signup” and fill out the short form (restaurant name, location, contact info). One of our account managers will verify your information and activate your account so you can get your first deal live — typically within 24 hours.

You can post many types:

  • Daily specials (e.g., “Monday 2-for-1 wings”)

  • Happy Hour offers

  • Lunch-only fixed-price menus

  • Event promotions (sports game nights, theme nights)

  • Pop-up or “flash” deals (valid a few hours)

  • Get creative! Auggie Eats gives you a free platform to reach deal-seeking diners.

All listings are free. We believe in a win-win: the restaurant gets new guests, diners get value. At some point we will offer premium placement (featured listings, targeted email campaigns, push notifications) and we may offer paid upgrades but those will always be optional, never required.

Once you’re onboard, you’ll have access to a partner dashboard where you can: view number of claims, scan unique voucher codes, monitor actual redemptions (via QR if used), and analyze which deals are performing best by day/time. Use those insights to optimize your offer strategy.

No — diners pay you directly at your restaurant or via your existing online ordering system. Auggie Eats simply facilitates the deal listing and referral. You are responsible for serving and redeeming the offer as stated. Auggie Eats does not process transactions for you.

That’s a possibility with any promotion. In your dashboard you can monitor claimed vs redeemed. Many restaurants choose to set “valid only if redeemed within X days/hours” or require “reservation time slot” to limit no-shows. We recommend including clear expiry dates and reminding customers via email or SMS when possible.

You should treat the discounted meal like any other promotional offer: you are still required to charge tax on the actual transaction and comply with local business/service regulations. Auggie Eats does not provide legal or tax advice — you should consult your own accountant or legal counsel if needed.

Yes. In your partner dashboard you can edit deal details, adjust the validity window, or pull the offer entirely. If you’re ever unsure, you can contact our support team to assist.

Once you’re onboard, you’ll have:

  • Access to a help-center/knowledge base with tutorials (how to craft effective deals, how to display QR codes, etc.).

  • Email support for any technical or operational questions.

Absolutely! We welcome referrals. If you know a restaurant owner who could benefit, share our “Partner” link or send an introduction. We’ll give you credit (in some cases a referral gift or discount) when they join and publish a live deal.

Good question. Unlike traditional coupon aggregators with static and dated offers, Auggie Eats focuses on real-time, location-aware, restaurant-published deals — often time-limited, event-based, or exclusive. It’s less about sweeping generic coupon codes and more about discovering local “rock-and-roll kitchen specials” you may not have known existed.

You can sign up for our email newsletter and enable push notifications (if using the mobile version or opting in). You can also filter by “New” or “Ending soon” on the site. Plus we post select “Deal of the Day” highlights on social media.

No problem. You can log into your dashboard and toggle your account to “Temporarily Closed” or “Not Accepting New Deals” — this will prevent new claims until you’re ready to resume.

If you’re a diner, use our “Contact Us” or “Help” link at the bottom of the site and select “Diner Support.” If you’re a restaurant partner, use the Support link or email support@AuggieEats.com (and include your restaurant name and deal ID if applicable).
